# How to Add a PDF Download Button for Respondents After Form Submission?


By enabling the PDF Download Button, respondents can instantly download a PDF copy of their submission after completing your form. This is useful for applications, registrations, contracts, receipts, and other workflows where respondents need a record of the information they submitted.
## Steps
1. Open your form in the editor.
2. Click **Settings** in the upper-left corner of the page.

1. Under **Submission Settings**, scroll down to the **After Submission** section.
2. Enable the **Show PDF Download Button** option.
3. Close the Settings panel and click **Publish** to save your changes.

Once enabled, respondents will see a **Download PDF** button after successfully submitting the form, allowing them to download a PDF copy of their submission.
