How to change my form URL?

If you’re not happy with the URL we created with your form you can change it. You have two options:
Create a random URL (we generate a random id, name uuid for your form)
Create a human readable URL (we generate the URL from your form title)

Here’s how to change your form URL:
Open your form page
Click “Regenerate form link”


Choose between a human readable URL or a random url
