# How to Collect Submitter IP Addresses in Your Form?

Want to know where your form submissions are coming from? You can easily enable **IP address collection** in NoteForms to add an extra layer of security and insight to your data.
**Here’s how:**
1. Open your form and go to the **Edit** page.

2. Click **Settings** in the upper-right corner.

3. Under **Submission Settings**, scroll to **Advanced submission options** and toggle **Collect IP address**.

4. Click **Publish** to apply the changes.
