# How to Connect Telegram to Your OpnForm?

Want to get notified on Telegram every time someone submits your form? With OpnForm, it only takes a few clicks to set up—no coding, no hassle.

### 🛠️ Step-by-Step: Set Up Telegram Integration

1. Open your form and go to the **Integrations** tab.
2. Click on **Telegram**.

3. Select **Connect Telegram account**.
4. Click **+ Connect account**.
5. Tap the **Telegram icon** that appears.
6. **Log in** to Telegram using your phone number.
7. Confirm the login from your Telegram mobile app **and** in OpnForm.
8. Return to the **Integrations** tab and select **Telegram** again.
9. Choose your Telegram account under **"Select Telegram Account"**.
10. Scroll down and click **Save**.

🎉 You’re all set! Telegram will now send you a message whenever someone fills out your form.
