# How to create your first form

This guides assumes you have already created an account. 
  
*   Click the "Create a new form" button

* You can choose to start from s simple form or a template.

*   By default, the form editor shows an empty contact form. Add more fields, change the different form options, customize your form.

    
*   Confirm and save the form creation by clicking "Publish Form"

*   And you're done! You can then share the form link with your users, or embed it on your website or in Notion for instance.
