# How to Deactivate a Form in OpnForm?

If you no longer want to receive new submissions—for example, after a campaign ends—you can deactivate your form in OpnForm with just a few clicks.
Follow these steps:
1. Open your form in the **Form Editor**.
2. Click **Settings** in the upper left corner.
3. Under **Form Visibility**, choose **Closed – won’t accept new submissions**.
4. (Optional) Enter a message in the **Closed form text** field to let users know why the form is no longer active.
5. Click **Save changes** in the upper right corner.

Once saved, your form will stop accepting responses, and visitors will see your custom message instead. This is a great way to control submissions while keeping communication clear for your respondents.
