# How to protect my form with a password?

By default anyone knowing your form URL can answer your form. If your form contains sensitive information, or if you just want to restrict submission you can add a password. Here's how to proceed:  
*   Open the form editor (create a new form or update an existing one)  
*  Click on "Settings" from the top left of the page then Select "Security & Access" on the left side.

*   Save your form and you're done!

Note that for convenience, we won't ask you for a password if you're connected to OpnForm. You can try out the feature by using incognito mode or by logging of from your account.
