# How to use mentions? Use Submission Data in redirect URLs, emails, integrations and more

Want to dynamically insert submission data into your redirect URL, email notifications, or integrations?

Here's how:

1. Click the @ Symbol: Locate and click on the @ symbol in the desired field.
2. Select Your Data: A pop up menu will appear, displaying the available submission data.
3. Choose and Insert: Select the specific data you want to include, and click "Insert."
