# How to Use the Auto-Save Form Progress Feature in OpnForm?

Want to let respondents continue filling out a form even after closing it? With OpnForm’s **auto-save** feature, partially completed responses are automatically saved so users can pick up where they left off — without losing any progress.
This feature is **enabled by default** for all forms.

### When to Disable Auto-Save
While auto-save is helpful in most cases, you might want to turn it off for:
* Time-sensitive forms (like timed quizzes or assessments)
* Single-session submissions
* Anonymous forms where no session data should be retained

### How to Disable Auto-Save
If auto-save doesn’t fit your use case, here’s how to turn it off:
1. Go to [OpnForm.com](), log in, and open your form (or create a new one).
2. In the form editor, click **Settings** in the **top-left corner** of the page.
3. Select the **Submission Settings** tab.
4. Toggle **Auto-save** off.
5. Click **Save** to apply your changes.
