# 📄 How to View and Manage Form Responses

This guide explains how to access, view, and manage your form submissions in **OpnForm**.

### 🧭 1. Access Your Form Submissions

1. Log in to [OpnForm](https://opnform.com) and open your form.  
2. You’ll automatically be directed to the **Submissions** tab.

### 🗂️ 2. Manage and Explore Submissions

In the Submissions tab, you can:

* **Export responses** as a CSV file to open in Excel, Numbers, or import into Google Sheets.

* **Search** for specific entries instantly using the search bar.

* **Show or hide columns** to focus on the data that matters most.

  You can also **show or hide a column**, **pin it to the left**, or **wrap text** in the responses table.

  **To do this:**
  1. Click on **Columns** in the upper-right corner of the table.  
  2. Select whether to **hide/show a column**, **pin to the left**, or **wrap** content.  

* **Resize columns** by hovering over the dividers and dragging to adjust width.

### 👁️ 3. Viewing Submissions in a Modal

You can open any submission in a **modal window** for a clear, full-form view.

**Features:**
* Displays submission details in a read-only format (all fields are disabled).  
* **Pagination** allows you to move between submissions easily.

* The modal can be opened directly via **URL**, making it easy to share specific submissions with teammates.  
* Accessible to both **admins** and **reader accounts**.  
* The only available action inside the modal is **Close**.

### ⚙️ 4. Editing and Layout Improvements

* **Edit Submission Modal** – Adjusted modal width and fixed button sizing for a consistent experience.  
* **Interface Enhancements** – Minor layout and alignment fixes for smoother navigation.
