# Where are my form integrations? (Email submission confirmation, Email notification, Webhook, Zapier, Slack, Discord)

To access your form's integrations, such as email submission confirmation, email notification, webhook, Zapier, Slack, and Discord, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the "Forms" section
3. Select the form that you want to edit
4. Click on the "Integrations" tab.

You should then be able to manage and configure your form's various integrations on this page. Please note that we have recently made an improvement and created a separate page for managing your form's integrations.
