# Why was my account blocked?

### Common Reasons for Account Blocks
Your account or form may be blocked if it is flagged for collecting **highly sensitive personal information** without a clearly defined and legitimate business purpose, or for engaging in harmful activity. **Examples include, but are not limited to,** the following:
* Collecting government-issued IDs (e.g., driver’s license, passport) without a clear, legitimate reason.
* Requesting Social Security Numbers or Tax Identification Numbers multiple times.
* Asking for credit card or bank account details without secure payment processing.
* Hosting phishing pages that mimic banks, government agencies, or popular websites.
* Running fake giveaways, lotteries, or prize draws to harvest personal data.
* Using forms to solicit passwords, security codes, or authentication tokens.
* Gathering medical records or health information without proper authorization.
* Distributing malware, ransomware, or links to unsafe downloads.
* Impersonating an individual, company, or organization for fraudulent purposes.
