How to Add a PDF Download Button for Respondents After Form Submission?
By enabling the PDF Download Button, respondents can instantly download a PDF copy of their submission after completing your form. This is useful for applications, registrations, contracts, receipts, and other workflows where respondents need a record of the information they submitted.
Steps
- Open your form in the editor.
- Click Settings in the upper-left corner of the page.

- Under Submission Settings, scroll down to the After Submission section.
- Enable the Show PDF Download Button option.
- Close the Settings panel and click Publish to save your changes.

Once enabled, respondents will see a Download PDF button after successfully submitting the form, allowing them to download a PDF copy of their submission.
