How to Add a PDF Download Button for Respondents After Form Submission?


By enabling the PDF Download Button, respondents can instantly download a PDF copy of their submission after completing your form. This is useful for applications, registrations, contracts, receipts, and other workflows where respondents need a record of the information they submitted.

Steps

  1. Open your form in the editor.
  2. Click Settings in the upper-left corner of the page.



  1. Under Submission Settings, scroll down to the After Submission section.
  2. Enable the Show PDF Download Button option.
  3. Close the Settings panel and click Publish to save your changes.





Once enabled, respondents will see a Download PDF button after successfully submitting the form, allowing them to download a PDF copy of their submission.
