How to add a scale or star rating input?

Need a smooth way to collect opinions, ratings, or levels of agreement? Scale and Rating fields help make responses faster and more intuitive. Here's how to add them in OpnForm:

Go to your form editor

Click Add block

Select Scale

Set the min and max values and define the step size
