How to create your first form

This guides assumes you have already created an account.

Click the "Create a new form" button

By default, the form editor shows an empty contact form. Add more fields, change the different form options, customize your form.

Confirm and save the form creation by clicking "Publish Form"

And you're done! You can then share the form link with your users, or embed it on your website or in Notion for instance.
