How to Deactivate a Form in OpnForm?

If you no longer want to receive new submissions—for example, after a campaign ends—you can deactivate your form in OpnForm with just a few clicks.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open your form in the Form Editor.
  2. Click Settings in the upper left corner.
  3. Under Form Visibility, choose Closed – won’t accept new submissions.
  4. (Optional) Enter a message in the Closed form text field to let users know why the form is no longer active.
  5. Click Save changes in the upper right corner.









Once saved, your form will stop accepting responses, and visitors will see your custom message instead. This is a great way to control submissions while keeping communication clear for your respondents.
