How to Restore a Previous Form Version?
Accidentally made changes to your form or need to roll back to an earlier version? No problem. With Version History, you can quickly restore a previous version of your form and recover edits made in the past. This feature helps you undo mistakes, recover lost content, and confidently manage updates without starting from scratch.
Steps to Restore a Previous Form Version
- Open the Edit Form page.
- Click the Version History (clock) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select the version you want to restore, then click Restore.
- Click Publish Form to apply the restored version to your live form.
That's It!
Your form has now been restored to the selected version. Remember that restoring a version only updates the draft until you click Publish Form, so be sure to publish your changes to make them visible to respondents. Version History gives you peace of mind knowing you can always go back whenever needed.
