How to create a folder and organize my forms?
Trying to keep your forms organized in OpnForm? Instead of folders, we offer a more flexible and powerful option — tags!
Tags help you label and group your forms in a way that suits your workflow — whether by client, department, event, or form type. Think of it like folders, but with the freedom to apply multiple tags across different forms.
Log in to your OpnForm account.
Go to your Forms list.
Click on the form you want to organize.
Click Edit Form.
At the top, go to Settings → General.
Scroll to the Tags section.
Select from your tags or type to create a new one.
Use tags to filter and manage your forms with ease — all without needing traditional folders.
