How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Your OpnForm Account?

Protect your OpnForm account with an extra layer of security by turning on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This quick setup helps keep your forms, data, and login safe from unauthorized access.

Steps to Enable 2FA

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-left corner and select Settings.

  1. Go to the Security tab.
  2. Click Enable Two-Factor Verification and follow the on-screen instructions.

Why Enable 2FA?

Enabling 2FA adds an extra step when logging in, making your account more secure even if someone gets your password.

Final Tip

Once 2FA is enabled, make sure to save your backup codes in a safe place to avoid getting locked out of your account.

If you ever need to turn it off or switch devices, you can return to the Security tab anytime.
