You can enable Discord notifications by doing the following:
To get started, log in to your account.
Navigate to the "Forms" section.
Choose the specific form to which you want to add the integration.
Click on "Integrations" and select "Discord Notification"
Follow these instructions from Discord to get a webhook URL and once you have it, paste it here and save changes:
Enable the integration by clicking on the corresponding option in the pop-up window.
You can also set conditions for sending email confirmation.
