How to Enable the n8n Integration?

Connect your OpnForm forms to n8n and automate workflows in just a few steps.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open Your Form

Log in to your OpnForm account and select the form you want to connect with n8n.

2. Go to the Integrations Tab

In the form editor, click the Integrations tab located on the left sidebar.

3. Select n8n

Choose n8n from the list of available integrations.

4. Sign In to Your n8n Account

Log in to your n8n account and open your preferred n8n instance.

5. Create or Choose a Workflow

You can either:

• Start with a template
• Build a workflow from scratch

6. Generate an OpnForm Access Token

In OpnForm:

• Open Settings
• Go to Access Tokens
• Click Create New Token

7. Connect OpnForm to n8n

Return to n8n and paste your OpnForm API token into the authentication field.

8. Select Your Workspace and Form

Choose the appropriate workspace and select the form you want to automate.

9. Complete the Workflow Setup

Follow the n8n onboarding or workflow guide to finish configuring your automation.
